Welcome! My name is Jenna Hackett. My path to photography has been nontraditional and motivated by my children. My dream to start photography started in 2024 after I had my second baby boy. I felt a pull to purchase a quality camera to capture my boys' lives, which then led me to the desire to bring this service to other families. I have always loved photographs and documenting life's moments. I love to capture the little details and everyday activities. I'm so excited to be a small part in preserving my client's memories to last a lifetime.

I am based in my hometown of Carthage, TN (40 miles east of Nashville).

My approach

 

My vision for photography comes from my desire to document everyday moments. Life goes fast, and we change so much in such little time. I want to remember my children's crooked teeth and little smiles forever. My wish is to give this same service to my clients. Posed pictures are always great, but the magic can oftentimes be in the details and candid moments.

 

 

FAQ

 

When and how will i recieve my photos?

Photos will be sent by email or a direct link to my pixie set gallery page. You will receive a download code. I recommend you download all photos wanted right away. Galleries may only be accessed for a guaranteed 6 months per the link sent. Session turnaround is a maximum of 2 weeks, but I strive to get photos back to clients ASAP.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages?

I am located in Carthage, TN and willing to travel up to 50 miles, which is included in the session price. You must book a minimum of a 30 minute mini session for any travel. Beyond 50 miles will be subject to a travel fee, depending on the exact location.

Can you recommend any locations?

I am lucky to be surrounded by a lot of farm land and have access to rural scenery, so I can always provide excellent backdrops if the client wants open fields, a pond, barns, etc. Downtown Carthage and Lebanon always make for interesting photos. In-home sessions are wonderful for the winter months and newborn sessions. I am always open to traveling within 50 miles to a location specially chosen by the client as well.

What are mini sessions?

Mini sessions are seasonal and holiday opportunities set up throughout the year. Some examples of mini sessions include: Easter, Mother's Day, Spring/Summer/Fall family, Prom, Cap & Gown, and Christmas   mini sessions. These are perfect for documenting each special moment and season of life. They will be at a designated location and advertised on my social media accounts.
